Currently Self accounts are used to:

• Buy a copy of a birth/death/marriage certificate
• Libraries Click and Collect service
• Apply for SEND School Transport assistance
• SEND School Transport change of details notification
• Apply for a Household Waste Permit

Self accounts are not linked to any other council systems.
